Shitsurai is an elegant and beautiful word that has been fostered among Japanese to entertain the guest with using various items which represent each of the four seasons by loving the moment of the season passing by. However, the expression of Shitsurai requires universal beauty that will not be influenced by the season,s items. We create the universality by a design not only to express the simplicity but also to utilize the uJapanese Urushi Lacquer that has been communed from Japanese ancestor since prehistoric time.
